Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods: We accept payments through accepted payment methods such as PhonePe, Gpay, credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, etc.
2. Payment Currency: All transactions are processed in INR.
3. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For services requiring a deposit, the remaining balance is due upon completion of service, or before delivery depending on the usecase.
4. Late Payments: In the event of late payment, a late fee of 5% may be applied, and services may be suspended until payment is received in full.
5. Billing Disputes: Any billing disputes must be reported within 5 working days of the transaction date. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the right to dispute the charge.
6. Taxes: Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to the total purchase price at the time of checkout.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be provided for products or services that are defective or fail to meet the specifications outlined in the agreement between the customer and ChattingBirds Private Limited.
2. Refund Requests: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at manoj@chattingbirds.com within 5 days of purchase.
3. Refund Process: Once a refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
   • Downloadable digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
   • Services that have already been rendered.
   • Customized or personalized products.
5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
6. Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may be applied to certain returns, at our discretion.
7. Refunds for Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services will be prorated based on the portion of the subscription period that has elapsed.
8. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel recurring subscription services at any time, but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
